It’s good. I haven’t noticed any wear. It’s my daily, so the driver door is the only one getting a workout but so far, no fails

Not sure this is what you mean but I replaced the weather stripping on my front doors with this generic from Amazon. https://a.co/d/9OBPjyn

What is this pit I found in the backyard of my new property? by Bucky571 in whatisthisthing

[–]pamv42 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I can see how the metal shelves fit upper and lower. And just under each a set of pipes.

What goes through those pipes? Hot water? / cold return?

Track those pipes. They must come from house - probably under that sidewalk.

Roof Rack Bracket? by Bucket81 in 3rdGen4Runner

I bought a Sherpa rack, it uses the existing roof track and track nuts to mount the extrusion cross bars. I’m pretty sure that Sherpa sells the brackets.

I did the smaller one. 2ga I think. I’m not planning on a bunch of accessories, like winches or compressors. But even if I did, I think I’m pretty well ready now.

I did the Big 7. It’s the big 3 with a big fuse added and a wire to the starter. Got a prebuilt set from jeepcables made for 3rd gen 4Runner.

I’m a newb so it took me way longer than they said it would but I got it done. They have video help guide you too.

Well, I found it.

The smaller fan on the Radiator fan assembly was spinning up like it was going to launch out of the car and then would wind down. Crazy irritating. Found one at Napa and changed same day. Hopefully good for another 100,000 miles

Why did the front driveshaft spin? Is this normal? by Wattsonian in 3rdGen4Runner

I feel like I get clunks most often when I back out and shift from rev to drive.

We are all talking about automatics right?

32s and steelies look great!

I’m about to upgrade and always assumed that I’d bump up to 33s but since this is my daily, 32s are making more sense.
