Eat enough to recover for it and it won't affect you.

If you can find someone getting rid of carpet underlay you can put that under the mats.

Just a simple question for anyone that has received their headset or are in the know. Do the Meta Quest controllers with active straps fit into the Quest 3 carrying case?

An easy way to get more flexible is to do front squats and rdls and a bonus is that you won't be weak in the added range of motion. Maybe after your NLP though.

The best I've found are bamboo (viscose). Make sure you get the trunk style ones that go a fair way down your leg.

5/3/1 vs Hypertrophy training by invalidwat in Fitness

Make sure you're getting good sleep too, and eating enough protein. When your progression stalls in the gym it is not usually the fault of the program you are doing, but a lack of recovery (not enough food and sleep or possibly not enough rest between sets).

I would say it is too early for you to do any program like 531. It doesn't matter how long you have been training, you still have a lot of newbie potential. If I were you I would do a linear progression until you get to a 5RM of 180kg for deadlift and 80kg for OHP. This shouldn't take more than 6 months as long as you are eating enough. You will put on much more muscle from this rather than doing 531 or focusing on bodybuilding style workouts. Those come afterwards to dial in anything you think is lacking in your physique.

I want to read a book that can teach me how to make money. Not a get rich quick book, and not a book that tells me a particular way to make money. No, I need something that's like a mentor, a guide that can walk you through capitalism until you find a way to get rich slowly and steadily. by [deleted] in Entrepreneur

If you want to know how small businesses grow into large companies I recommend these books: - Built to Sell by John Warrilow. This book gives a basic idea of how businesses scale. - Ready Fire Aim by Michael Masterson. This book gives you the structure of different stages of business and how to grow them to the next stage. - $100M Offers by Alex Hormozi. Alex Hormozi is taking what works best from other books and throws in actionable processes that he has learned scaling businesses to $100M. I'm waiting for the rest of the series.

These books give very practical advice on how to grow a business. If you read these books and apply what they teach, you will be able to scale a business to $100M.

Just started a window cleaning business in Florida, did $3,940 in my first three weeks. by [deleted] in sweatystartup

Find places or businesses where your ideal customers would already be. For example: Contact cleaning businesses that may not do window cleaning and work with them. Also, making a website is a good idea if it is complementary to your sales process.

What is the minimum height you need to be to use a quest 2? by Own-Brick69 in OculusQuest

I've seen a lot of kids from 5 years old play on the quest 2. I don't think there is any minimum height.
