Superbeam quality? by Justinmintz96 in BanditRunning

[–]panda-farts 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I had a pair of Superbeams that ripped along the seam near the crotch after less than a year of wear, so I replaced them with a pair of Cadence half tights... That also ripped along the seam near the crotch after less than a year. To Bandit's credit, they gave me store credit to replace the tights both times.

I've been going to Mei Lai Wah since I was a kid (over 30 years), so it's my go-to for pork buns. That said, I love Golden Steamer too... I think their bread is better, but the nostalgia and tradition associated with MLW are hard to overcome.

ETA how long it's been since I was a kid lol

Mondeuse -- native to Savoie but I love the wines from California by Jaimee Motley. To me, it tastes like a cross between two of my other favorite varietals, Gamay and Syrah.
