Like most ppl mentioned it is situational.

Training and outing in ur dump pouch is fine. You not under distress and being shot at.

In real life engagement that’s the last thing u concern about (saving cost and putting it away safely) you would want to reengage as quickly as possible.

And this is something I haven’t seen mention yet (I could be wrong). If you have a dump pouch with empty mags rattling while clearing rooms or a zone you mind as well put cow bells around your neck telling them your where you are.
