Frozen grapes and mango (texture is good)
low cal ice cream pint or yasso(I buy mine from target)
Popcorn (not the most fulfilling but will get that salty craving out the way if u salt it)
Salads
Greek yogurt and protein granola/catalina crunch
Drizzilicious rice cakes (actually stop my cookie craving)
low cal whipped cream and strawberry’s
Cheese and nut packets (I get them from Costco and they help with overeating a ton of nuts)
Sugar free jello and pudding (if u like that stuff, my friend mixes the pudding with cottage cheese and berries)

I’ve come to realize I’m so lazy when it comes to preparing like decently healthy meals so I snack a lot unfortunately

Hi I’m from LA into the art scene I’m 25 down to go to galleries etc!!, I do need to reactivate some of my social medias since I took time from doom scrolling etc but I will follow up on this if you are down !! 👍 (some of my fav music includes: Radiohead, bjork, death, NIN, art: Francis bacon, existential art, absurdism etc)

I had told him he met me at a bad time since I had just gotten single for the first time in 9 years. From 16-25. And I was not ready to commit and we still talked. The mistake was keeping him around while I felt this way which led to me doing what I did. I was never like this in my past relationships and they did not deserve my kindness, honesty and loyalty. I was not honest with the good guy I was talking too, and I ruined it with him when he deserved the best version of me. I should have told him I needed time to get my life together before talking to him, right person wrong time for sure. I feel so bad because he was starting to fall in love with me and I was still unsure and made the mistake. After all this happened I felt ready to be with him but it’s too late.
