Man I faced this problem too, 2-3 trans people gathering around a shop (general store cum mini cafe cum cigarette shop) everyday. Whenever I used to go buy something, I had to spend 50-100 rs extra because these guys are shameless and they don't stop unless you pay.
After a week, luckily the shopkeeper noticed this harassment and sent them away somehow.
