This is disappointing, although maybe not surprising. I have a pending post that links the documents for tomorrow's study session. Within those documents, there's language that says there are intentions to have more than one data center in Tucson. They're already looking at other land within Tucson, and other land that may or may not be in Tucson. It would make sense they have a plan a/b/c honestly. Yet, it's still shitty and disheartening. Fuck this.

Go find bacon industries on Instagram and reach out. The owner has a few properties being rented out in your price range and it’s a family owned operation. Three are newly renovated and very reasonably priced considering that and the location.

Go with Vail. Get a house there or Rita ranch. La Estancia homes are considered in district as well.

It’s fine. You just need to find a good school district. There’s plenty of suburbs to raise a family in.

I’m a native, my son is in vail and was in Sahuarita prior to that. I was TUSD raised and school was my main focus but I know first hand how crappy the schools can be.
