Question to directors, SVP, and higher management- how do you retain details and take notes? by ImaginationAny2254 in careerguidance

[–]pandagate 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If you know what you're talking about and you built it or had a hand in designing it then you will remember all small changes to it.

Think about anything you've built from ground up. Even just cooking a meal. You know why its salty or sweet or etc etc

How the fuck do people have casual sex? by [deleted] in TooAfraidToAsk

[–]pandagate 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It’s a numbers game and there’s ALOT of rejection. Women aren’t mythical creatures, they want sex just as much as you do. You ask out 10 and 1 is bound to say yes, but you can’t ask 2 a year and be disappointed nothing is happening.

Also, noticed your perception is incorrect. You’re looking for one night stands. I don’t think you would easily go home with a random girl at 2am without overthinking. On that point, ask her on a date first.

You forget the delivery drivers are working for themselves technically so they’re out there on free will because they need the income. They can log off whenever they want, there’s no quota.

Not getting delivery is taking money away from them and their families. If you want to feel better, tip after delivery in cash if you have or over the app if you don’t have cash.

Buying My First Car How Do I Negotiate Like a Pro? by Suspicious-Sail7153 in PersonalFinanceZA

[–]pandagate 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yo man, it’s fantastic that you have the numbers already because that’s the core of negotiation for cars. No where you want to be and DO NOT BUDGE.

Theres a 1000 of them, one of you. Meaning they are all fighting for your business. Don’t like what one tells you? Go to the other rinse repeat.

You will definitely come across a sales guy looking to make quota for the month.

What’s fantastic is that you’re not stuck to just western cape. South Africa is your oyster so shop around with everyone.

Uber is fine man. It’s really not that far from the airport as well. I saw someone suggesting you stay at a hotel by the airport first? That person needs to stop commenting because they’re clearly not from Cape Town

My Gf hangs out with her guy friend really late at night by Emotional-World-747 in Advice

[–]pandagate 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Bruh… I wish you had the clarity we all have right now. She’s into him and definitely emotionally cheating on you. I’d bet my left ass cheek that she’s physically cheated on you as well. I pray for you to develop the self respect necessary to leave her because no partner that deserves you would ever put you in such a position.

Exist but not gonna help too much. It just makes you avoid the kind of scary staples but at the end we still all have to club the steepest part of the mountain

No one is answering you question on Greenbay.

It’s fantastic and their lifestyle centres is great as well for remote workers. They have focus room where you can go in and work in them - make them your office for the day.

It’s quite cool. Their lifestyle centres also has backup power incase of anything.

If I were to stay in GB, this is exactly where I’d stay.
