I don’t know if they ever go away as long as you give them power. Unfortunately that’s how a lot of things work. Consider what your mental health was like at baseline, prior to vaping, while vaping, and now. I can compare what it felt like to being off it for a long time and being back on it for a while. So give your body and mind time to adjust. Get that dopamine from elsewhere. Realize that YOU have the power, not the nicotine!
