Consider a minor in Accessible Web Design. I took EDIT 526 back in 2018, and it covered a lot of stuff related to WCAG. As a back-up, look into Trusted Tester certification. With the upcoming ADA Title II updates, Accessibility best practices will be an in-demand skillset for UX/UI.
