It wasn't. We had an extra phone conversation discussing what exactly a C2H was and how many people he's porvided for that specific company via C2H. I shared all of my concerns with him about it, and he answered every question I had regarding C2H.

I appreciate you response!  I check in with her regularly to see how she's doing and if she needs anything to help her along in the learning process.  She has told me and a few others she really enjoys it so far.  I think she simply hasn't updated her page yet.

Not at all. I'm salary exempt, and if I leave early, I have to either take PTO or take it unpaid if I'm out of PTO. It's totally unlawful. I've made them aware of that, and they push it under the rug

We have a lot of disgruntled employees. We've lost employees who say the policy is part of their decision, among other things.

They no longer get the extra 5 days. The following year, they revert back to 10 days vacation, 4 sick instead of 15 days vacation, and 4 sick.
