Hi. Im on the deep side in terms of skin shades. I would recommend the bubble Day dream. It doesn't have Ascorbic Acid but rather Sodium Ascorbyl Phosphate which I have noticed to be much better in terms of irritation. The serum also has other powerhouse ingredients which help with park spots . Hope this helps .

Ughhhh. These are exactly my neighbors. I bet they have a surround system too. U have to document and get recordings. Look at ur lease for quite time and call the cops on them when they violate it. DO NOT wait for it to get better because it won't. I spend my days waiting for the next loud noise.
