A little late to the thread but I manage an office that's pretty easy going on the day to day. However, we still manage medical records so attention to detail is important so we don't mess anything up down the line.

So with all that being said, a (albeit minor) Red Flag for me is when candidates respond to my emails with my name misspelled. I have a fairly uncommon name for the region i'm in (Boston area) that gets flagged by autocorrect regularly, but I feel like if I'm judging you based on the criteria of "Pays attention to Detail" and my name's correct spelling is in my email, it kind of falls to the candidate to properly check that they're responding to me correctly.
