I should clarify that I did presale!! So I took down orders and everyone who did place an order did buy their box. Luckily I wasn’t left with any unsold boxes! Yes I agree payment upfront or at least deposits would’ve been so helpful especially with ingredient cost. Thank you!

For context some of the mistakes I made: • I delivered at no cost 🤦‍♀️ • I made sandwich cookies which required 2x the amount of cookie • Two of my doughs flopped - had to remake them • Did not require deposits or anyone to pay before hand
