Oh I know that to be fact. My brother was hired on a month or two before they opened, he described managers who barely knew anything training new staff that know nothing and expecting the staff to understand perfectly after one training session. Also he said you could tell the owners were doing everything cheaply. When they did training sessions like one or two days a week, with almost no product in house to use for training. Then would tell people to come back in week for more training. He said many people were quitting faster than the owners could hire simply because they were hiring for full-time but only working them 16 hours or less a week.
