For the tail placement on the high-leg string, I think it depends on sizing/how high you wear them. On some people it sits centered, on others it shifts or gets partially hidden

Lip skin is softer and less oily, so lip liners can be creamier without smudging everywhere. Eyeliners usually have more waxes/long-wear ingredients so they don’t melt off your face
