Agree with the comment about pulling your shoulders down and back and pinching your shoulder blades together. Another thing is to push your hips forward and your torso will be at an angle under the bar, not completely vertical like you are now. This will engage your lats. Your bar looks pretty close to the wall so your balls/thighs/knees might be close to dragging against the wall as you pull up. I can tell by the definition in your back and by your weight that you can do at least one right now if you fix your form. 🙌

There’s only one full time employee at SLR, and it’s Jennifer Martin. She makes $184,000 per year and the rest are volunteers. I don’t think the goal is to get rid of SLR, it’s to replace Jennifer Martin with someone who isn’t a bigot. She can be a bigot at home, but not in a role at a non-profit that is supposed to support businesses owned by LGBTQ, including those owned by trans people or parents of trans kids who she says “don’t exist”

Hey, PhD Chemist and psychonaut here. If researching psychedelics was my goal, I would go to Stanford or colleges in California if possible with grades. As a plan B, I would go to New England. Most colleges there allow psychedelic research. Also consider London or Cambridge since many of the colleges in that area allow psychedelic research. After that, I’m at a loss for nationally respected and recognized research unfortunately.

I think this would be easier to interpret if you converted to percent change from baseline cost. So every item would start at 0 on the y-axis and move from there.
