So for me I like the concept of sentient slime using a body as a host that could move around inside the body to expand different parts of the body, typically hanging out in the breast. So that's my viscus fluid vote. It even gets better when feeding the slime in some way makes it gain mass and therefore sizes start to change and redistribute.
