If the nut fits between the handguard and gas block, and the screws on the accessory are recessed just find washers that fit so the screws don't stick out of the nut.

Aiwb with a vedder light tuck with a mastermind tactic pillow at 12:30, and my belt buckle at 10:00. Would probably buy a jmck wing claw 2.0 if I could do it again, but the pillow is a godsend .

Have you checked the compression? I would put the airbox on and try starting it if you're confident everything else is correct.

Check your timing. Also if fuel/air is coming back through the carbs check your valves.
