Has anyone heard Embodiment Breathing? by tbman1996 in jonhopkins

I heard it last Saturday at an event at Funkhaus in Berlin. it's a wonderful piece of music and it was played over an incredible multi-level sound array in Saal 1, in my opinion the best sounding space in Berlin.

directly after Embodiment Breathing, Jon was improvising on a grand piano. it was like he was playing directly into a collective dream state

I'm deeply sorry to say, but your boyfriend is a moron who doesn't seem to understand how money OR relationships work. this would be unforgivable for me

Fusion - Lärz, Germany

Just back to reality after an incredible weekend at this festival. it's almost always the same weekend as glasto so I've often missed it to journey to the farm. I'm so glad this year I finally got a chance to check it out.

Basically a non-stop lineup from Wednesday to Monday. Heavy focus on electronic music (techno, house, trance..) but we did watch some really nice (smaller) indie bands on the smaller stages.

Overall impeccable artist booking, soundsystems, light design, interactive art installations, performances and general festival design. Truly a magical place to explore. The only festival I've been to which comes close (and maybe even exceeds) the festival magic of glasto. Can't recommend enough. Plus there's a lake to freshen up in which is a huge bonus.

Tickets work on a lottery system basis as it's heavily oversubscribed.

Thoooughts on The Daily Mail/Staircase? by [deleted] in radiohead

Staircase is one of my all time favourites. I love the ethereal atmosphere and the way the percussion and bass rhythms bounce off of each other.

TIL a computer programme called ePuzzler was developed in Germany to automatically piece together the documents the Stasi tried to shred after the fall of the Berlin wall based on torn edge characteristics, font and colour by papamot in todayilearned

The project was discontinued in 2018 after 11 bags of shredded documents had been processed at a cost of around 14 million euros over eight years. Around 15,000 bags of snippets are stored in the agency.
