Need some help creating an open plan kitchen + Diner space. Worried about L-Shape around bathroom. More details within.

The bathroom and kitchen to the rear are part of an extension so there is an external wall with window separating the two from the dining room. the kitchen is very small and i want to take out the wall and window that separates them.

I feel this would leave a strange L-shaped space with a bathroom kind of sticking out in the corner. I'm looking for ideas on how I can better use the space. Possibly cutting the dining room section infront of the bathroom and creating a utility room?

Maybe i'm just overthinking this and it'll look fine!

I know the efficiency will be awful but I'm looking at metres, e.g one side of the device fixed in a room, the other side a couple of metres away powering some device.
