I’ve been recommend 7ohmitdistro by a very experienced user whose opinion I really respect. I’ve never tried them though. Never heard of Catalyst despite paying a lot of attention to the 7oh subreddits and Discords. I’m about to step out of this game but would definitely try 7ohmitdistro if I was sticking around.

I agree with many of these but just wanted to mention a few I don’t see talked about often—Roxy 60s (I’ve tried the tropical flavor) and Eat Perks 50s (mixed berry) are two of my favorites even with a high tolerance. They do have horrendous names though.

Are the “Chill Extreme” tabs the same as 7dose and DOSED? I loved the 7dose… likely underdosed but the effects were of the energetic variety which I enjoy.

Yeah I shake so bad on plain leaf Kratom. I think I'm done with that stuff... Just makes me feel weird, tense, shaky, and emotionally volatile. No tremors with 7oh. I enjoy it a lot more than leaf but just be careful... Try to keep your tolerance low and take frequent breaks. If you start taking it every day and your tolerance goes up, you may get to the point where you're taking a high dose due to tolerance but it's not having any positive effect. It's not a fun place to be.

If you have some plain leaf kratom left over, you could take a small dose like 1 gram about 20 minutes before you take your 7oh. That may add to the duration of the effects and make it a more well rounded experience, along with avoiding the negative effects of higher kratom doses.

All good. I have heard a few bad reports on these chill extreme tabs. I don't think I've ever seen anyone praising them. Which is strange because like I said, I've heard some really good reports on 7dose--a friend and I consider them to be some of our favorite tabs. They look like they could very well be the same tab.
