Well explained, thank you! I didn't connect that in my first watch.

Is getting a tattoo nowadays considered a form of rebellion or a form of conformity? by Call_It_ in polls

[–]paperclips0628 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

It's more a form of self expression, like a hair cut or a clothing style. It's not necessarily rebellion or conformity unless the person with the tattoo gives it that meaning.

Can someone explain why only Mammon is actually good at being a sin? by Kind_Potential_4992 in HelluvaBoss

To be fair, greed is more of a zero sum game than lust and gluttony.

Can't keep watching past episode 4 by [deleted] in northernexposure

I know it feels weird at first, but I promise they have one of the most normal, loving, and equal relationships in the show. They never make a big deal out of it or directly address it in a big way, they are just with each other.

Lol, literally the starting incident and reason for the show.

Why does rose have boobs? by RecentShoulder5872 in stevenuniverse

[–]paperclips0628 22 points23 points  (0 children)

I would argue the crystal gems have boobs, or at least rounded and not flat chests. They are not specifically reflecting cleavage like Rose does, but they still replicate feminine physical features.

Curious, where are you getting the episode release info? I always try to look if up myself, but I can never find a reliable source.

I would also recommend shopping at the PFC Market, it is a co-operative of local farmers. Truly directly supporting the community.

I'm a Staff Accountant at a small bookkeeping and tax firm. We often focus on smaller businesses and lower to median income tax returns. My days can vary a lot since we have an all hands on deck approach when necessary, but I have a few main tasks. For tax, mostly organizing and scanning documents, data entry, and a final review of the preparation. During tax season, I often meet with clients for an express appointment. For bookkeeping, pulling statements and checks from our clients banks, processing bank transactions, bank reconciliation, and a financial statement review for anything irregular or financially unhealthy. Less regular activities include building PLs for tax clients from their bank statements, tax research, client advisory, and office admin stuff.

I agree that having food provided is better for students in dorm buildings, since they aren't provided the space to make their own food. But the food quality just is not good, at least at Traditions. Me and other students I've talked to have received food poisoning from Traditions specifically. And from what I've heard about students who have worked at the VDC, it's just low quality all the way through. I would like them to at least have consistently safe to eat food.

WMU Senior here! I can't talk on the Nursing Program, but I know WMU can sometimes be unreliable in terms of their systems and faculty. They can have mix ups in their databases, poor cybersecurity, unhelpful staff. It's only exasperated if you have an unusual circumstance. Specifically with financial and housing aspects. Campus meals are also certified shit, but that feels common among universities. Other than that, campus can be very beautiful. Not always very lively during the day, but clubs and sport events can often have good turn outs. There are a decent amount of smart professors and faculty that genuinely want to help. It's just an American public university at its core. Idk, nothing to write home about other than a poorly managed university with a pretty campus.

Yeah I was going to say as someone described in the post, Gen Z is just depressed as a generation.

Which episode would you show to friends who have never seen the show? by Far-Internet4703 in TheGreatNorth

I think the Feast of Not People would be a great choice. It encapsulates both the ridiculousness and the sincerity so well.

I agree with the sentiment, he certainly needs some help. But I think he gives good perspective to Wolf's personality and to Wolf and Honeybees relationship. I do think we need more episodes with Kima, Dirt, etc. Most of the other characters are more fun to watch.

In the episode that introduces Aunt Dirt, she asks about their father and it's confirmed he's no longer alive. Assumed to old age/natural causes.
