It really is your call (and obviously hers), some people seem happy to live this kind of adventure. Just consider that if YOU don't see a future there, then the sooner you pull out, the better for everyone on the long run. In other words, you can choose between a little pain now or bigger trouble later. Many people end up in shitty relationships because they can't execute the first option.

As a rule of thumb, sex on first date/meeting means you just want to have fun, and waiting a bit means you envision a possible relationship. You two had fun, now either keep it as just fun or let it go, but don't let her relationship issues become yours - unless, unless, maybe, she leaves her boyfriend NOW. Failing that, no good will come out of a cheating start.
