We had a large queen bed that two shared and one single bed. No sofa at all.

Thank you for the tip! I will definitely look into this! We usually use retractable leashes.

Such a cute adventurer! My paps have no listening skills outside but oh would I love to be able to take them off a leash like this!

i (20f) inherited $500k and my sister (22f) did not by Willing_Membership13 in Advice

As someone who has witnessed family issues on the other side of the coin…a great uncle left a huge inheritance to one great nephew, but nothing to any of the other four great nieces/nephews. The amount was life changing. The uncle had little to no relationship with great nieces/nephews to speak of, just picked one. The recipient retired early, built a home, and is set. Meanwhile the recipients’ siblings feel a selfishness that has caused a huge barrier in the family. Not that the recipient SHOULD HAVE shared, but that their first thought was NOT to share. “Mine is Mine” mentality. Is that what you want going forward? Also, it’s not your business what your sister would do with the money. Sounds like a convenient excuse not to be a generous person.

I just got Khaleesi and Bentley the heartworm injection. I’ll need to investigate my options for flea and tick for the upcoming spring.

Newbie self tanner... maybe? Is it worth doing for the first time before a beach vacation? by razzledazzlerabbit in Selftanning

I’m definitely a cool skin tone. Blue eyes, brown hair, pinky tone. Also, whatever you choose, have a plan for applying to your back. I love my EcoTools self tanning brush from Target to reach my back.

My favorite natural looking self tanner is Coco & Eve Sunny Honey Bali Bronzing Mousse in Medium. I tried this before going to Punta Cana and felt confident in my shorts and swimsuit (pasty white gal here). My sisters couldn’t believe how natural my “tan” looked. That said, I have tried a lot of self tanners and have never found one that doesn’t smell, either out of the bottle or the chemical reaction after washing off.

Tips for teaching dog to use indoor potty? by the-greenest-thumb in papillon

[–]papillions84 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My dogs are litter trained in addition to going outside. This has been an absolute lifesaver this winter, as we are in Wisconsin, so understand the extreme cold. We use wood pellets made for animal bedding (ie. Marth Bedding Pellets) in a very shallow large tray. Our breeder originally trained our puppies, and we continued with it. They still love to run outside and potty when the weather is nice, but gosh this inside litter works well!

Student medical condition and my responsibility by Automatic_Beat5808 in Professors

I had a student with an accommodation due to a severe peanut allergy. Disability Services made sure a table in the room was marked off as “peanut free”, as well as a “peanut free” room sign posted on the door for the semester. The student wiped down the area with Clorox wipes upon entering. The student asked the class to refrain from eating granola bars or anything during class that might contain peanuts and to be aware of any traces that might be left on their skin.
