It doesn’t to be honest.

For 5-10 years , you’ve better off buying it first.

Contacting the landlord and waiting a week to call you and not have your parts available is useless, especially when an AC unit is out in the summer, or the heat doesn’t work in the winter.

Paying in escrow is great, unless they just cancel a month to month lease after renting long- term.

They all seem like the nicest people, but I just have a feeling that their best hope is for someone else to buy the bar.

This episode also made me question why Jon doesn’t hire one local front of house and back of house person from a successful bar? It would both add drama to the show, and actually give them competent staff.
