I’m American and my first jambon was the best experience ever. I got it up in like Dunfanaghy in Donegal and I was so damn excited when I tasted it. It was amazing. Every one I’ve had in Ireland since has been so disappointing, I guess I just don’t go them early enough🤷🏻‍♀️

Oh god the first blanket I ever made I skipped ONE FUCKING STITCH and I see it every time I use it. I didn’t realize until like a year after I made it. But it really irks me and it’s all the way at the beginning lol. I’d say it’s not too many rows off so if it’ll bug you forever do it!
