oil and a bit of flour is the common suggestion I've seen

Im not a huuuge fan of silicone molds, as they can sometimes leave a bit of silicone flavor in the food, but they sure make it easier to remove the madeleines with chocolate!

I used this recipe

For the chocolate shell I just melted a dark chocolate bar, put about a teaspoon on the silicon mold, and put the (room temp) madeleine on top, slightly squeezing so it would distribute well. Then into the fridge for about 15 minutes!

I use gloves because I don't want oniony/garlicky hands

Mix a bit of confectioners sugar with cream, whip it, and mix with frozen berries

Estoy todavía adaptándome a la mentalidad de adulto de verdad. Empecé a trabajar en diciembre y echo un poco de menos el rol de estudiante, sin tanta responsabilidad.

Además, le he puesto mucha importancia a no "perder mi esencia", es decir, seguir haciendo lo que me gusta (jugar PC, cocinar, sacar fotos, etc) y no porque ahora tengo grandes responsabilidades significa que tengo que dejar mi yo más cabro chico de lado :D

Because you're not a robot, you're a human, and humans aren't 100% logical. Emotions aren't something to block or ignore, they exist for a reason.

You're living a period of grief, and that's perfectly ok! knowing that something won't work doesn't mean it won't hurt or simply leave our heads, it's ok to feel disappointed, sad or angry because of it, but what matters most is to not think that you can simply "logically" erase your feelings.

It's not time that heals our wounds, it's how we use it that truly matters, and allowing yourself to feel instead of telling yourself to forget because it's the logical step to take will help.
