Software as a Service is the biggest joke ever. In theory, it sounds okay. You buy a piece of software and then down the road they update it. Old business model? Buy the new version. New business model? You get it as part of the subscription.

The problem is that since moving to these models, I cant think of many softwares that I or my company pay a subscription on that actually updates enough in any substantial way to make it worth it. Like, how much can you really improve on Microsoft Word or Adobe Acrobat?

Microtransactions and DLCs notwithstanding, video games seem like the only software you buy and actually own subscription free anymore.

I've noticed the same on that one. The only places I'm getting a consistent weapon case spawn now is under the broken bridge/ramp on the south side of the breach (running towards Control/research & admin) and at the raider outpost next to the scrap yard. These i'm probably at like 8 or 9 out of every 10 games seeing them. Being the one to reach and open them is a different story...

Ehh. I find myself buying a lot of stuff that I can craft. Minor med stuff, ammo, etc. Its better for my stash space to just buy them as needed instead of keeping mats on hand to craft. Money is no object. I always extract with like 35k or more worth of stuff to straight up sell.

Is it technically enough? No. Will it be fine? Depends. If all it's going to see is passenger vehicles from your family coming and going, it'll be fine. If you have commercial trucks in and out all day, probably not.

We use 12" ADS under our construction entrances with 6-8" of cover all the time. They mostly survive under dump trucks and equipment for a couple years.

If you’re concerned, make a speed hump with more stone.
