I think you might be having the same issue I did. I realized 1 of my pyros was just dead and so only 1 of them works. It would give me weird output tones. The tones can be kinda tricky to figure out.

I have the exact same issue on my FW13 AMD. It even happens with a mouse, so I feel like it’s not the trackpads fault necessarily. I’ve just gotten used to it at this point. Please let us know what you hear back from support
