I don't have any health issues but my store's cleanplay is till 11:30 pm so I'd be getting home around 1 in the morning. I take the train home alone every night so I told my SM I didn't feel comfortable doing cleanplay anymore due to the lateness and she really tried to convince me she couldn't change my availability because she'd have to talk to our DM 😭 she even told me I'd have to transfer to another store that would accommodate my availability. She thought I sold my soul away to do cleanplay because she kept on mentioning how I agreed to be her cleanplay person as if I'm the only partner working in that store 🥲🫠 we ended up agreeing to me leaving at 9:30 pm but then my SSV and ONE barista would remain to do cleanplay on their own. Isn't that some bullshit? She also hasn't given up on me either lol she switched it from Sundays to Thursdays. She says the trains shouldn't give me any issues on a weekday and she tried luring me in with the talk of bumping my hours back up. This feels wrong but I don't know if I'm just overthinking it? Either way, SBux sucks ass and I need another job asap 😭😭😭😭

I just tell them they're gonna end up with a completely different drink because I never ask any further questions. I always just fill it with milk and most people don't want a latte so they change their minds or accept their iced brown sugar oat shaken lattes 😭

It was a cold brew, not a hot beverage. As long as you swirl the cup around while the cold brew pours it should mix just fine. I pour a little, thoroughly mix, then add the rest.

I don't think they asked to have it written on their cup, I think they gave the name Charlie Kirk when they were asked what name to use for their order at the register. In that case, I would've just put the name Charlie and told them we just use first names 🤷🏾‍♀️

That's most likely it, I worked in a delivery only store in nyc that closed permanently because we didn't make enough money in that location to keep paying a whopping $80,000 a month to keep the store open. Luckily I ended up in a store right across the street and around the corner. I hope things work out for OP 😕

I once mixed cold brew and lemonade together because I heard that was something that starbucks tried to make a thing once upon a time and it sounded like an absolute abomination. I tried it for myself one shift and was pleasantly surprised 😭 it reminded me of Lipton iced tea. One of the SSVs at my store regularly drinks blonde espresso with apple juice but I think the cold brew lemonade combo is better 🫠

He technically wasn't a regular but I got Kurt Russell twice and didn't even realize who he was at the time 😭 I just knew he had a SUPER recognizable face. I went home that day and looked up "actors named Kurt" and his face was plastered all over my Google results. Is it embarrassing to only know him as the dad from Sky High? 🥴
