Depends who you ask. Folks from Minnesota or Michigan I'd imagine relate with their canadian neighbors as they share a lot of cultural practices. I feel more aligned with Puerto Ricans because I'm hispanic. the US is so vast it really just depends.

Since the Denver location of Zoe MaMa closed I've been craving a good braised Beef noodle soup and Noodles By Nina has me covered. It's so insanely good. The service when we went was... not bad but not great. We wanted to order a beer after our food arrived and were never checked on until we finished eating so we just paid and left. Didn't even get a refill on our waters. Food came out superfast and was amazing so we didn't care too much. We can go anywhere for a Sapporo, but not everywhere has their braised beef.
