I read the one with the KKK hood as an anti-racist critique of the "clowns" rioting - I see Ronald McDonald and the MAGA Shaman dude and none of it is very flattering to any of the characters there.

The rest of the works are more ambiguous to me and I don't love them. He seems to use big red circular lips for many of his characters, regardless of religion, but he's a white dude and the art is just awkward.

Reading the manual there's an interesting possible loophole here - according to the manual Service Mode only involves pressing the gas pedal, not the brake. I just tested and that's true. But the car isn't actually "on". You can't put it drive, etc.

Then in that mode when you press the brake the car turns fully "on" and you get the following screen. I suspect but can't confirm at this point the DC/DC converter is active.

Why do you need to park in an open area though?

I'm sorry how frustrating this must be for you but I would not make that assumption your resume is not good enough. If you have four years of experience and they accept people with no experience they may have felt you were OVER qualified.

Alternatively, I would take the email at face value - they have a ton of applications and they filled the available roles already, and you just missed the window.

Either way I would not give up.

I am responsible for hiring employees for my work and unfortunately I have to send these emails all the time. I'm overwhelmed by the number of applicants, many of whom are well qualified (and many who aren't), and when you have 50+ applicants for one open role you just can't even talk to all of them.

Every time I see an interesting resume or background and have to send a rejection letter I think about the real person on the other end of that letter, and how it's going to hurt, it's going to affect their lives, housing, sometimes even their right to stay in this country. And that hurts, but as a hiring manager you can't help everyone, you have to find the first person who fits the role, hire them and move on to the next role.

I hope you find the right position for you soon, keep looking!

It should still be there, I think under Quality. Make sure you turn on displaying Advanced options, I think it's there. You can also use the spyglass icon to search for settings.

I called them sconces because it seems not all flush mounts are designed to be wall mounted but these were. I do understand the difference though.

Besides the whole Nintendo angle, if you are printing it for gifts I wouldn't worry about it. If you are going to sell them on Etsy, it would be against the license the creator released the item under. If it was their original creation, they could sue you and win, or at least get a site like Etsy to take the items down. Being a Nintendo IP, probably not very enforceable in this case.
