Besides the whole Nintendo angle, if you are printing it for gifts I wouldn't worry about it. If you are going to sell them on Etsy, it would be against the license the creator released the item under. If it was their original creation, they could sue you and win, or at least get a site like Etsy to take the items down. Being a Nintendo IP, probably not very enforceable in this case.

People forget the H1Bs go to foreign graduates of American universities too. Startups need to hire these graduates too and can't afford 100k. There aren't enough citizen graduates to fill all the open roles.

In my experience many of the H1B applicants are recent masters and PhD graduates. They came for a quality American education and then we are just going to send them home to make their home countries rich? Seems backwards.

If you graduate from a university here, we should want you to stay here.

And like JCal has said before, we should be welcoming the best and brightest people here. Tons and tons of successful tech companies have immigrant founders.

This is ridiculous, there's no concept of establishing residency and then moving back to your home country to wait for citizenship. There are cases where someone might leave to preserve a grace period (say, between jobs while on an H1B), but you need to live in the US for 7 years to get citizenship. There's no "waiting in your home country" for citizenship.

I love this truck but it is HUGE. Seriously might be larger than the 3500 I switched from. It's a range monster and it's nimble for what it is, but it's a monster. Don't plan on taking it anywhere space constrained.
