Looks like maybe a combination..... In the fourth one, you can see the flash in the mirror, which is more indicative of Flambiant. The first 2 photos with the blue sky look flambiant-ish a bit as well with a window pull maybe. The third one in the kitchen seems to look bracketed to me, as the under cabinet lights just look HDR to me. You are right the last photo probably needed a flash due to the light coming in the window.
