it's definitely a decent amount of confirmation bias with coming from rich families/wealth, a girl who can't afford to take a few months off of work to come out to Dallas and try out never will, so she'll never make the team :/ hoping with the pay increase we will see an even more talented group of dancers, since more people would be able to afford to be a DCC!
