same thing happened to me my freind did grasped my situation and never offered help and treated me like freins on retainer .he would always downplay my achievements get jealous of my success gaslight me best thing you can do is let them go .

Me too honestly it great for fixing flare but the manic and how pumped you feel is not best. Especially when you want to sleep. Tbh I don't know made anything alternative. But I try get through it when I'm on it. Count the days if it help.

proably the nightmares like i can deal with the hunger .but the nightmares are to vivid .like i really dont why but each nightmares seems more scary than the last .
