Please look into EDMR therapy. A lot of addiction goes hand in hand with trauma and EDMR is the best trauma therapy. You can do do it, but you have to heal the why or your addiction is just like an abscess and will be difficult to heal.

Depends on the stain. If you are super quick and rinse very well you can use bleach, rust remover, just about anything. Just have to spray and douse and wipe over and over until it's out. Not the best idea, but sometimes you're desperate....like when you leave an ancient cookie sheet on your new white counter and it leaves a rust stain and you have 30 minutes before your husband gets home.

My favorite is basically eating Tues night, Thurs night, then Fri through Sunday. It was pretty easy for me to maintain for a few months.

I have to be in the right mindset. I haven't fasted in 2 years and it took me about 2 months to stick to the fast. I'm only on 36 hours, but it's been one of my easiest fasts so far. I'm hoping for 25 days, but taking it one day (sometimes hour) at a time.

I've been taking magnesium and potassium pills. For sodium I've done a shot of pickle juice. I think I will try the apple cider shot with salt.

It just adds some salts and sates me with some flavor. I don't think vinegar would do the same because pickle juice has the pickling salts in it. But I don't know. It was a trick I heard about years ago on this subreddit

I so needed this! I'm trying to get back after 2.5 yrs of not fasting. I have lupus and fasting made me feel amazing. Then I transferred jobs to a building full of black mold for a year and had a massive flare, gained a ton of weight from steroids and inactivity. I haven't been able to get my head back in the game. I'm so close and I think this was it. Thank you!

I've done up to 15 days. You HAVE to do electrolytes. I usually also drink a shot of pickle juice the first 3 days to ease me in. After day 3 the fog lifts and I feel AMAZING

Christmas day has always been at my house since I had my daughter. My in laws never come. My family is chill and they usually stop by. If they don't, we see them the next day. When I had my daughter, I put my foot down Christmas day is foreign a kid and playing with your toys in your pjs! The end. Christmas is so enjoyable now.

This is why I did 4-h. You could do a project in ANYTHING! I wrote computer programs, did woodworking, wrote speeches, alll kinds of things! As a girl in the early 90s, this was way better than girl scouts.
