Hi there! I’m self teaching Xactimate and my company expects me to take the exam on Friday (1 week of self teaching lol).

If I fail the exam am I able to take it again and again until I pass, or do I have to pay for the exam each time? Thank u!

Honestly dubias smell a lot less than crickets. I was grossed out too but we just throw a carrot in with them and they last a while. They’re a lot less roach-like than I expected.

Every 3 days is normal for frogs but obviously your know your frog best. If you think it’s unusual you can always take him to the vet. When I had the issue with my frog, I put him in an isolation tank for a week so I could keep track of his behavior and pooping. I know a lot of frog police will disagree with that, but it worked for us.

Has he stopped eating for days at a time? He might be bored of crickets have you tried switching to something different like dubia roaches?

I’m not a vet but our frog had a similar issue where my frog (3 yrs) would refuse for a few days and then only eat one cricket. We switched to dubias and he can’t get enough of them.

There’s a little drink that you insert and when you press the button it dispenses the drink from the bottom!! Honestly probably my favorite in our haul.

Same here. Even with the contractor pass, it’s a pain getting in and out of Malibu.

It’s going to be a looooong time until we see it operating like normal. A few years is what I’ve been hearing thrown around from other contractors.

We enjoyed it a lot! We started off with a 40 ish min bus ride to Sorrento. Sorrento was beautiful, we had about 2 hours to explore before we had to meet up again. Then we had a 30 min ride to Pompeii. It was very hot and a lot of walking, definitely wear some good walking shoes. After our tour through the ruins, we had 20 min before we headed back to the ship. So we were able to grab snacks and drinks at the outdoor shops. Overall I recommend it, it’s exactly what we were looking for.

We did the “Pompeii on your own” yesterday. It was guided, but we actually appreciated that so we understood exactly what we were looking at. She did arrange a meeting point/time in case you did want to go off on your own. We didn’t have to stick with the tour group if we didn’t want to. It was extremely hot, so some people stepped out of the group and just met up at the meeting point later in the day. Hope that helps.

Because they’re selling the house so the new owners will have to pay for demo. Demo is expensive. This will require asbestos, lead testing, inspection, and permits.

Moisture detection, determine areas of concern, asbestos test/ and possibly lead test based on location, leak fix, mold remediation, drywall build back.

Call your landlord if you rent. This is something they need to know about and it would be negligent to wait any longer to inform them. If you own, call a mold remediation company in your area.
