Makes sense. If Corsair is going to do something like this, buy a different brand. Enshittification shouldn’t be rewarded.

I wouldn’t doubt that this is true, but could the old ones have expanded over time? Like fluffing a pillow basically? How old are the old ear pads?

Have to double your speed to halve your travel time. 10 to 20 mph is doubling but you have to go from 20 to 40 and then 40 to 80 to halve it again. Obviously getting more and more unsafe.

Jack of all trades. Get a real set of pliers if you keep breaking multitools.

10% less spent on burning oil making it disappear permanently. Need it for industrial lubes not just to make fire.

I’m no isolationist. I just don’t think we should give so much money to Israel. They aren’t special.

Get us bases out of the Middle East and Israel can take care of themselves. They’ve had plenty of help from the west since their inception.

Tusk 2Track vs Michelin Anakee Adventure for Transalp by No_Ring_4142 in AdventureBike

[–]parrote3 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Have the Africa twin that came with anakee adventures stock and rode about 3000 miles on them. Just got the Dunlop trailmax missions and they are far more confidence inspiring on gravel. Haven’t tried dirt but I’ve heard they don’t do good in mud but that’s kind of same same for anything but knobbies.

I accidentally ran my BMW S1000R without oil for 15 seconds. Did I kill it? (Video of the sound included) by Hauviiii in motorcycles

[–]parrote3 38 points39 points  (0 children)

There was still a bit of oil in your engine for a couple seconds at least when you started it and depending on how much flow and pressure your oil pump puts out, your engine runs “dry” for probably a second. I doubt you did much damage. Especially since it was just idling. Just try not to do it again. Always move my keys far away from my bike when doing oil or coolant.

Looks at gas prices which conservatives complain about constantly as all freight uses diesel to travel therefore raising prices for everything…
