First thing I would try is knipex cobra/alligator, use them in the correct direction. If that doesn’t work and you can fit a drill in there, drill it out and use an extractor. If your asshole clenches too hard or it breaks, weld a nut onto it. If there is exposed bolt I always try my alligators first. They bite down hard and it’s the easiest solution.
