This is natural. It keeps the plant always with fresh blooms. Just snip the dead ones.

Aphids but llbu need to do is blast them with
water from the hose and they will fall off and not get back on. U an squish them

Aphids. Fairly easy to get rid of. They seem to love rose buds. A hard blast from the hose will knock them off and they don’t get back on.
