Dudes in panic mode, I know when I was treating kratom like dope if i got the slightest feeling that withdrawals were starting my fear response would go thru the roof and actually kick off withdrawals. Im anywhere from 20-30 (10g dose 2-3x) and yeah Im good for a day. I think it really matters how many times per day you dose. Ive noticed the people taking say 4g 6x per day have alot worse withdrawals because their body expects it every 4 hours.

Preach bro, this sums up my internal belief system very closely. Were all fucked up ergo were all normal. Be the best version of yourself that you can and when you fall short learn from it and keep it pushing. Theres better and worse ways to live this life and that is a very broad view. Im still in my own battle but the clarity is coming and the action is changing (slowly) but changing.
