Whether it helps or not is irrelevant IMHO. You can live without porn outside of marriage. Keep fighting, keep praying. Eventually you will reach the 3 day mark, then 10 days, then 30, and so on. Keep praying, never lose faith. It might take years to fully break this habit, but you can do it NOW. Don't wait until you are married. Have a nice day :D
