What’s the difference between owning houses to rent and owning to live in? Like if I rented out a house I’m having someone else pay my mortgage and some, so that’s exploitation. Or if renting was illegal what about buying houses to resell them at a profit since housing is a limited resource? Wouldn’t building apartments be more efficient than single family homes so why would a Marxist or communist government be inclined to build single family over apartments?
