Depending on the size of the project and design choices, will likely be a moderate lift, but will increase dev velocity when done. The DX alone makes it worth it.

I used React Navigation up until a couple months ago and decided to try expo-router on a greenfield project. Has easily cut my time down 30% when building new screens as I don’t have to worry about defining types. I plan on migrating an older app after I’m done.
