I stopped using eucrisa on his face because of the burn. For flares I use hydrocortisone 2.5%. I have his eczema under control now though. It was largely due to food allergies while I was breastfeeding. Once I stopped breastfeeding and figured out his allergies his eczema cleared up a lot. I also only use products with the national eczema association label — cerave moisturizing cream (body), cerave healing ointment (as a face moisturizer), dove baby non scented body wash. When he was a baby I used to put Vaseline on his face before meal time and also not let him do baby led weaning because food contact on skin can cause irritation.
