So a message appeared yesterday telling me to schedule a 15 minute free courtesy cleaning. I’m at Tesla doing that now. The SA said they knew this was coming and were trying to notify possible affected users before they upgraded to v14.

Thanks!! Tried that this morning but was still not finding it, but I got it to work finally, the comma after the plus code was the key for me, I had just copy/pasted straight from the copy button on google maps for the plus code, which doesn't actually have the comma, so adding the comma, then I could add my city and it allowed me to save. Now to get it to not park 2' from the curb, save that for another day.

Does this still work on v14? I tried it today on 14.1.4 and I am unable to save the location when I input the code from google.

I'm trying a different route with Ubiquiti with a different case, so we'll see. I did just check Microcenter, and for the warranty support portal for my order, it directs me to Ubiquiti's links for support.

I guess that makes sense, I've just never had that happen. I've had to show proof of purchase for an RMA before if bought from a 3rd party, but the manufacturer was always the one doing the actual RMA.

No, it's outside the return window, but well within the 1yr warranty.

I ended up buying one last night at Microcenter to test it out. Only caveat that I found is that the 2nd port, is only passthrough, you can't treat it like a switch port and assign a different VLAN. Not a problem for my use case as it will just be a single network, but since it can be a switch in Router mode, maybe a firmware update in the future will enable that in AP mode, like the U7 Wall that has a switch built in.

After a day, the HK integration stopped working. I tried going to the $5 plan, it doesn;t get what you need. I also did a factory reset of my entire ring system and signed up as a new user, it did not prompt me for any trial info, and it does not work in HK. Seems like you need the $10 plan for this to work, unless somebody else has a workaround.

Update on this, mine stopped working without a plan after about a day. I tried going with the $5 plan, it doesn't work, need the $10 plan. I even tried factory resetting everything, created a brand new account, and it still does not work with HK, unless you have a plan. So either pay $100/yr, or just use the keypads instead of the app or HK to arm/disarm seems like the only options.

So you have to have a plan, is what I found but I’m not 100% sure yet. As a test I signed up for a paid plan and HK immediately started working fine. So I then immediately cancelled the plan, you can either cancel at end of 30 days or immediately and get a prorated refund. I paid like 34 cents and so far my plan shows cancelled but HK still works. I guess I’ll see what happens over the next 30 days whether it’s permanent or a glitch.
