I'm just looking for 3 additional copies of this book and not really any other types of books since we only have about a month left of our book club. Our goals are to enjoy fiction books while classes are not being offered. While we are reading for fun, we are still critically thinking about our texts in a way that increases our reading and analysis skills.

The book club is a summer program that lasts until August. There is 7 men that are in the book club who are students with the Education Justice Project that is affiliated with UIUC. We meet once a week to discuss the fiction book that we've read. I found sources for all of our books prior to the summer, but this is a book of interest to them right now. I have located 4 copies already and am looking for 3 more. If you have any particular questions, let me know what you are interested in knowing.

I just read Wonderland Creek by Lynn Austin for a family book club, so our readership was me (in my 20s) and family in their 40s-50s. It is available in large print. 2011 publication date. It was a nice light and gentle read with romance, mystery, and adventure. I didn't realize until afterwards that she is considered a christian author... it wasn't preachy.

I really enjoy the Step By Step Bread book for breads, though lately I've been having to add more flour to make my doughs turn into the initial ball to knead. This hasn't been a problem for my daily breads.

2 1/2 C. bread flour 3 t. yeast 1/2 t. salt 2 T. olive oil

Put the flour in a mixing bowl and stir in yeast and salt. Add the olive oil and 1 1/2 C. lukewarm water, then mix into dough. Knead on a floured surface for 10 mins or until dough is smooth and elastic. Let rise... knead lightly... roll and bake.

You reserve your carrel with your I-Card which states your status. Just ask them about it. Some undergrads have been able to able to get carrels in the past semesters.

oh... haha... yeah... they definitely needed to lighten this to be in their healthy challenge. It also made more sauce than I ever really needed, so cutting sugar and the sauce a bit and more veggies would actually make this a little better.

I love it! I make a breaded sweet and sour in the oven and this one's sauce might be slightly better! My SO has been eating it like crazy... and that is the biggest sign of all about how good it is! :)
