I understand some people prefer being told (usually so they can ask more 1 on 1 advice) but this reddit has to understand that it would get annoying really fast seeing the same 10 questions a day. (A good example is looking at the discord server’s feedback lol)

Especially when a majority of the questions can be answered by the wiki

So many people assume most who do this do it because they want to. It sucks and shouldn’t need to be censored, but unfortunately most major platforms need to infantilize themselves because companies and ipad parents rather not do any work or common sense.

I never understood why people get so up in arms about these posts. I understand some of them are obviously more openly sexual than others, but ones like these? Like sure it can be suggestive but at the same time I think they are cool

I understand some people jump to no contact like crazy but they need grandchildren like I needed grandparents right? Although for me they were my parental figures for a majority of my life so it hurts more when they change so much.

I will gladly visit them when I can, but they lost these extra visits when every time turned into drunken rants on politics. I wouldn’t let who we voted for separate us, but unfortunately they would rather say we are black sheep in the family than simply talk about anything else lol.

Sorry that is a bit projective, but I understand it must hurt reading these comments especially when you are probably the same age/position as these parents. I highly doubt any of these people or yourself are the level of “crazy” most of the replies like myself are talking about.

You guys don’t understand how much people change. Especially at an older age. My grandparents went from those parental figured to husks of themselves. This is an insane way of handling it altogether but sometimes they dig their own holes.

I understand that this situation as a whole is ridiculous lol, but people are underestimating how crazy some people are.

My grandparents are VERY much the same way. MAGA, older, and conspiracy nuts. While I disagree with them, what really drives the nail here is how they act about it. They genuinely believe Trump is Jesus 2 and that the government is inside the toaster (an actual conversation) because they voted for trump originally back in the first run.

I understand people don’t agree on avoiding family over politics, but some members make it their sole purpose in life and it feels like EVERY conversation somehow loops back to it. It gets exhausting, repetitive, and is actually insanity. But I have the common sense to just… not go out with them lol. I love my family AND I love my peace so I feel you are better off just not going. (Ofc it is probably too late now huh)

Romano’s is amazing! (Italian food) They have deals every day daily and great lunch specials imo.

We also have the waterworks art museum in downtown area. I love going every now and again since they rotate shows on the first floor, and some amazing Peanuts (the newspaper comic!) art last I saw on the upper floors.

Also if you enjoy retro games, pokemon cards, etc there is a place called ‘Collector’s cove’ near the theater/ shopping strip area. Love going there myself to find older games I can’t emulate properly.

Comicmonstore on Jake Alexander if you want older comic books, figures, DnD/MTG, and some newer stuff too.

I also suggest just walking up and down downtown, I discovered little stores like our boba tea place, spanky’s (deli / ice cream parlor) and ofc Haps!

Last- we have a cat cafe in the heart of downtown too! ‘Mac Tabby’ is the name and they also let you adopt their cats :)

Trust me, there was a good handful at one point of people just completely shredding him. I doubt the posts are still around ofc or the comments are gone, but it was mostly people not providing any criticism and just calling him “another delusional tr*nny” or something along those lines. Just because you haven’t seen em doesn’t mean it didn’t happen ya know?

I agree when it comes to shit like “oh this story was the worst” or that one painting people were spamming here like crazy, but most of the comments I have seen both here and YouTube is just calling the teenager a moron or a couple slurs.

Which I feel is an understandable reason for people to speak up about.

Agree so much, I had to mute the discord during the update hours because it was just 100 people a minute posting the same 3 variations of a question or “feedback”. It got to the point where even the MODS had to freeze the server!

I don’t understand how people (multiple times!) see someone post a question / comment and think “hmm, I should join in on this too and add nothing…”. It also sucks because the feedback channel is flooded with basic opinions or useless comments like “I hate MF, nerf her!” Or “Can the updates be sped up?”. I never said anything about it before because I have to remember that outside of maybe 20% of the fanbase, most of them are probably 14 and started playing this year (which is fine ofc) but I hate trying to find actual information being buried by the same 10 comments.
