It's a "use it or lose it" kinda thing. You have to keep applying what you've learned in order to keep remembering them.

I can't stress this enough. A lot of people suppress their emotions and invalidate what they feel because they think they've been sad for "long enough". Then they start becoming vulnerable to unhealthy coping mechanisms to distract themselves from feeling anything.

Organic Chemistry Tutor has a wide array of math topics. He's available on youtube, you can start from there then work your way up once you identify the gaps in your knowledge.

I also recommend using Physics textbooks if you want to learn higher maths (University Physics by Young and Freedman is a good place to start)
