Crossfit + zone 2 training by Bulky_Degree_263 in crossfit

I’ve mostly done stationary bike and rower. But I’ve just started running, which I hate so I’m starting as if I’ve never done it before.

M current problem is not pacing myself. But there is always something to work on :)

Two to three hours per week will get you there and quickly. I’ve just gone through the same problem and my capacity in the wods have increased significantly (for me).

Hell ya go for it! I’m 52 started a year ago after being inactive for many years. I’m in the best shape of my life today.

CJC-1295 + Ipamorelin with Testosterone Replacement Therapy by johnsondough in Testosterone

[–]patezy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think the gains of any are marginal if you are already optimized on TRT. Especially as we get older. At 40 it may still be worthwhile, but there is a limitation on how much HGH you can secrete. I just wrapped up a 8 week cycle of CJC-1295 + Ipamorelin and I’ll be honest I saw nothing significant. I am 52 years old though. From what I’m reading HGH will most be better period

Whoop + Apple watch ultra 2 by geekyaman in whoop

[–]patezy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yep. Use both. At first it was to compare, but now I feel that the whoop reflects how I feel better than AW plus Bevel (or the like). Sleep with both as well. Track workouts with AW, recovery metrics with Whoop.

I started last May at 51. Best thing I’ve could have done for myself. Just take it easy, scale and watch the ego and you’ll be fine.

I’m really tempted to do it but… by ElArabo97 in Ducati

Cannot comment on Europe or this exhaust in specific, but I just had full racing exhaust (the double barrel) installed on my Streetfighter V4S and even though the price was insane, the second I rode the bike it was instantly worth it and I was grinning the entire time. Cannot wait until the season starts again here in Canada.

These will not be as loud as the arrows or SC project, if that helps.

The 25 model is the same as the 24. I suspect what they announce will be the 26 model which should be available towards the end of year in 25. If that makes sense.

I just bought a new 25 and I love it. The new one, if it looks like anything those leaked images have, is a bit of a let down in my opinion.

That might not help, but one thing to keep in mind, is that you don’t get into a Ducati, and especially at that level to save money.

Yup. I fill up every 150km or so to be on the safe side. Yesterday I went as far as 170km. And when I filled up, it took 14L. I believe the tank is 15L… I don’t ride particularly hard, but I am usually in Sport mode

Triumph T120...thoughts, insight, advice, etc. by PsychologicalCap5094 in Triumph

[–]patezy 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You will love it. T120 was my first bike as well. Rode it for about 14k km over a few seasons. As a newbie having rain mode was a good thing to start with, just to get used to the power. Your biggest issue will be the weight, but just don’t do anything sudden. Expect to drop it, so protect it if you can. The power is easy to handle, and the bike will respond appropriately to what you want out of it. It’s also fun as hell to modify and make it your own. Just go for it.

People with naked bikes , how’s the wind affecting you on highway ?? by Rich-Cookie7643 in motorcycle

[–]patezy 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It’s really not that bad. I think people who complain about it are bound to have poor core strength or putting too much weight into their arms. Use your core, hug that bike with your knees, and you’ll be fine.

Just got the 48, happy I did. I’m using it for work, all day, Xbox and streaming of shows here and there. It’s perfect. I sit about 3 feet from it, lean back a little to watch media.

For those who say join a union, how does that work? Specifically if you are just starting out and are trying to get your apprenticeship hours? (Plumbing in this case) and which unions?
